Description Bibi GraetzThe Bibi Graetz winery was founded in 2000 on the hill of Fiesole, overlooking Florence, where Bibi, who grew up in a family of artists, felt completely in love with wine and made of it his life.The new winery Aurora located in the main square of Fiesole, overlooking Florence, is the Bibi Graetz’s Château dedicated to producing Testamatta and Colore wines, where Bibi will live with his family.Bibi was fascinated by old vineyards; by their finesse, elegance and the purity of the fruits they can produce. Today, the Bibi Graetz estate has assembled one of the largest collections of old vineyards in Tuscany.Love for old vines brings with it the passion for native Tuscan varieties. Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino are the core of our wines.Old vines, high altitude, poor stony soils and natural viticulture characterize our production philosophy aimed to portray the terroir of each single vineyard.
