Jamaican Black Castor Oil
I’ve been ordering from internet sites for about 4 years, and never once have I not received the package. Until this order. I was told that the shipper put the correct address on my parcel, but Canada Post proceeded to deliver it in Quebec when I live in Alberta. All customer service did for me was open a service ticket at Canada post and give me sweet points. No talk of reimbursing me for my 400 dollar plus order. The fact of the matter is, Canada Post doesn’t pick addresses out of a hat. Somewhere along the lines, the shipper put down someone else’s address on my parcel, and now I just lost 420 something dollars. Beyond angry. This is absolutely ridiculous. 50 dollars worth of sweet points doesn’t compare to 400 dollars of REAL MONEY.
